About the Session:
Most technology leaders know they should run an executive tabletop, but far fewer have a repeatable way to do it. And the scenarios keep changing: AI agents acting with real credentials, attackers moving faster, and critical dependencies like cloud and identity going down.
This isn't disaster recovery. It's about who decides what, and when, when things aren't working.
In this peer roundtable, we'll seed the conversation with a simple approach to scoping an exercise, choosing a scenario that matters to your business, assigning roles, and turning findings into tracked
actions.
