Aly Gilhooly an active member of our chapter was nominated not too long ago for Hartford’s Finest, an award given to people who have shown growth in their careers, participate in their community, and have dedicated time and money to philanthropic efforts. As part of accepting this nomination, she determined to raise money for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation a charity that has made leaps and bounds in an effort to cure cystic fibrosis and provide all people with the disease the opportunity to lead their best lives with high-quality, specialized care.
So far Aly has raised over 3000 dollars for CFF. Aly along with some others will be honored Thursday July 26th at an event for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. Below is a link to purchase tickets, sponsor or donate if you are interested.
