We had the privilege of having Mark Polansky, a Senior Partner in Korn Ferry’s Technology Officers Executive Search Practice. He spoke on the topic of “The Self-Disruptive Leader” based on research and analysis done by Korn Ferry. It was fascinating. He spoke of the five attributes of self-disruptive leaders; Anticipate, Drive, Accelerate, Partner, and Trust. It was well done and very well received by those in attendance.
