Warren Lenard has been positioned as a senior IT leader for more than half his career, which spans over 30 years. He has worked for large and mid-size companies spanning vertical markets such as retail, entertainment & media and legal.

His career began in retail at Associated Dry Goods where in his first position he found himself in a leadership position. It was there that he led a data entry team, but also built and supported the organization’s first PC applications. Upon ADG closing its doors Warren transitioned to the legal industry where he worked for two major law firms. During this period, he developed applications and provided extensive training for all associates from paralegals through partners.

After a short consulting period building applications for insurance and collection firms, Warren made the move to the entertainment & media industry where he would spend the next 18 years working for the likes of Showtime Networks, Viacom, New Line Cinema and Lifetime Entertainment. It was a pivotal career moment as he transitioned over to the technology and infrastructure side of the house leading teams on network and systems architecture and design, data center builds and migrations not to mention building, developing and mentoring organizations further establishing himself as a proven leader and visionary.

Another pivotal moment in his career Warren transitioned to the retail and distribution world where he has worked for top leading brands restructuring and rebuilding their technology organizations as well as elevating their technology portfolios and redefining process and procedure to achieve operational excellence.

Warren currently works for Finish Line based in Indianapolis as Vice President of Technology and Operations where is responsible for all omni-channel technologies, infrastructure, operations and support, quality assurance, business relationship management and the PMO. He is very active in the technology industry participating in various organizations such as the Society for Information Management (SIM) where he currently serves as VP of Membership.

He is an active volunteer through Finish Line’s Youth Foundation and generously offers his time as a mentor to a number of professionals. Warren was born and raised in New York, but has recently been living in Carmel, Indiana with his wife and two children.

Mike Gill

Mike Gill is the CIO of Marian Inc., a global leader in manufacturing precision die-cut components. He leads global IT operations for 11 international locations focusing on strategic planning and delivering innovative technology solutions for manufacturing.

Mike earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the State University of New York at Buffalo, and a Biochemistry degree from McMaster University. He began his career with IBM Global Services in their e-Business center as a Java developer leading technical teams and delivering solutions across a variety of industries. Mike transitioned into a leadership role at RR Donnelley where he focused on providing custom IT solutions and driving the direction of their primary customer ordering system. While continuing to work full-time, Mike earned his MBA from Indiana University Kelley School of Business. Mike remains hands-on with implementing technology solutions, especially when it involves Java programming.

Mike believes technology can lead to great outcomes for youth. He has served on the Indianapolis Public Schools’ Technology Career Academy Board and Marian University’s Technology Advisory Board.

Mike strives to build an inclusive and diverse environment for IT leaders, provide nonprofits in Indiana a technology partner, and make Indianapolis the Midwest leader in IT.

Mike is passionate about his family, hometown hockey team, coding, and Punjabi (Indian) culture. He was born and raised in Toronto, Canada to parents who immigrated from India. He currently lives in Zionsville, Indiana with his wife Poonam, a Purdue engineer, and their three young children – who he hopes all grow up to have the same passion for STEM.

Teresa Conroy-Roth draws on more than 30 years of leadership experience in information technology, business transformation and client engagement management.

She is a Director at AXIA Consulting. Prior to joining AXIA, she successfully led programs at General Electric, Pactiv, AON Hewitt and Glaxo Smith-Kline.

Over the years, Teresa actively served on multiple non-profit boards including SIM-Indianapolis, Hiram College’s Visitors Board, Women & Hi Tech and HDI,  She actively volunteers with several faith-based organizations and secondary education programs in greater Indianapolis and serves as a vestry member of her church.

Teresa was born and raised in Akron and has a Bachelor degree in Communications and Political Science from Hiram College.  She lives in Fishers with her family.

Matt is a 20+ year IT professional in the Indianapolis market. He started his career in consulting with Crowe (then Crowe Chizek) and held various leadership roles at Simon Property Group (NYSE: SPG), TriMedx , Medexcel, Newell Brands (NYSE: NWL) and most recently at Byrider in Carmel, IN.

Matt lives in Zionsville with his wife and two sons.

He is a leader in the Boy Scouts of America organization, active coach for his son’s sporting teams, and a closet personal finance geek.

Scot has an extensive and proven record of delivering measurable business value through technology and process improvements within the Pharmaceutical, Biotech, Franchising, Hospitality, Real Estate, Finance, Retail, Compliance, and Software Development industries. He leads by example with a results-oriented, consultative approach to building highly productive teams to achieve innovative and strategic business objectives. He is a seasoned change manager skilled at integrating people, technology, and processes on a global scale.

Scot is currently with Covance managing multiple IT programs with teams in North America, Europe, and Asia.

Gail is a Vice President and Executive Partner at Gartner where she partners with CIO and other executive clients as a trusted advisor, focusing in particular on global technology and business strategy planning, cost optimization, and helping her clients build high-performance teams.

Gail’s degree in computer science (Bowling Green State University) led to a career of expanding responsibility in information technology at Public Service Indiana, Emery Air Freight and Georgia-Pacific. She then received her MBA at Krannert School of Management before joining Cummins, where she eventually became VP of global information technology and CIO.

After Cummins, Gail took a "reverse sabbatical“ returning to Purdue as Visiting Professor at Purdue Polytechnic where she co-taught a Women in Technology course. She developed a CIO

Leadership course as well as a study abroad program that allowed students to visit India over spring break to learn about the IT services industry.

She also worked with the National Center for Women & Information Technology (NCWIT) where she launched the Affinity Group Alliance, allowing affinity groups and networking organizations across the globe to share promising practices and provide members access to cutting-edge research-based strategies for recruiting, retaining and advancing women.

Outside of work, Gail is active in the community as a past-president and emeritus board member of Women & Hi Tech, Outreach Chair for the Indianapolis Chapter of the Society for Information Management, and active volunteer and board Secretary at Techpoint Foundation for Youth.

Gail lives in Indianapolis with her husband Art, a professor at IUPUI. Their grown daughters live with their husbands in England and Lithuania.

Amee has been with Community Health Network for 20 years, the last 8 years in the IT department. She started out her IT career as an applications analyst bringing her clinical background to help build the new EMR. Amee quickly became a leader on the team as the team lead and then became the manager overseeing maintenance projects.

Amee is currently the IT Director over the  EMR applications in the ambulatory, oncology, and women’s services spaces of CHNW.

Heather is a senior technology leader with over 10 years’ experience in IT program and project management, process improvement, risk and compliance management. Her career spans a variety of industries, including publishing, banking, commercial real estate, insurance, and most recently energy. It is Heather’s belief in developing and building up others which drives her leadership style, her investment in our youth, and her engagement in the greater technology community.

Heather holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Indiana Wesleyan University.
