Our team members and many of us are experiencing common feelings of anxiety, fatigue, isolation, burnout and other associated stresses due to the circumstances that have been impacting our society. Dr. Harris hosted an interactive discussion with our members on the skills required to recognize, manage and address stressors in our team members and ourselves during times of crisis. She spoke to use about how to engage our fears in a different way by inviting collaboration, seeking input, recognizing flaws/limitations and mistakes, and relinquishing control.  She spoke about the effect stress has on our work, our brain, our home and our physical beings.  She recommended "" as a utility that could be helpful for the group to consider.  She also spoke about fight or flight, and freeze/engage modes.
