    1. Share a fun personal fact: My passions are family, food and spirits – in that order! I own a tech consulting company, On-Demand Group, a national spirits brand called Crooked Water Spirits and a local seasonings company sold at Kowalski’s called Heather’s Dirty Goodness.

    1. How long have you been a SIM member? About 6M

    1. Why do you invest your time in SIM? I commit to serving on 1-2 non-profit boards at any time and after rolling off the Burnsville Rotary Board, I heard about the SIM-MN opportunity. I am excited to serve on a board that directly relates to my network and industry.

    1. What is one of the most important lessons you’ve learned in your career? To think bigger, always, about myself, my community, and my businesses. There is no limit on our ability to impact.

    1. Tell us about an impactful SIM event that you’ve attended, and what you took away from it. The Feb 2022 event on The Exponential Era with David Espindola – scary and exciting at the same time, ended up purchasing a couple of the recommended books to go deeper.

    1. What is one goal you have for 2022? Continue to invest in my team and technology to support our growth, including a new On-Demand Group HQ’s building in the works.

    1. If you could have 1 day with anyone, dead or alive, who would it be and why? My Dad – he was my mentor and my best friend.

    1. How will we remember you? A connector, authentic, passionate, a Rotarian and a little extra. Hopefully my friends and family are sipping a bourbon and recalling stories where we lived and laughed. With legacy and community being important drivers for me, I am excited at what philanthropic impact we can continue to make that supersedes my lifetime.
