Bernadette Rotolo is a global Fortune 500 technology executive with experience at Accenture, Adecco Group and Warner Music Group. Currently, Bernadette is the SVP, Head of Global Systems at Warner Music Group collaborating with the senior management team on a strategic transformational program. Bernadette is also on the membership committee of SIM Metro New York chapter and an active speaker on digital transformation. In addition, Bernadette is a member of the CIO Innovation Advisory Network at Lightspeed Venture Partners and on the advisory board for BoldStart, an early stage Venture Capital company. Recently, Bernadette was named 2019 Business Role Model of the Year by Women in Technology Silicon Valley chapter sponsored by Information Age. Bernadette holds her Masters from New York University and her Bachelor’s from the State University of New York at Binghamton.

Carlos Fernandez has been in technology now for over 20 years in digital printing and financial space. Carlos currently serves as Delivery Program Manager for Thomson Reuters delivering with a global team across Order to Cash, Tax and Accounting, Legal and Latin America LATAM. Carlos’s entrepreneurial spirit more recently inspired him to join a startup which he helped take a $3M start-up to $50M and have it listed on Nasdaq. Carlos is a lifelong New Yorker and holds a BS from the City College of New York in Engineering Technology and more recently an Executive Masters in Technology Management (EMSTM) from Columbia University. He has had the opportunity to give back as an Alumni Panelist for the Columbia EMSTM program.

Lauren Saenz is the Managing Director of Layer-Z, a New York based project management firm offering services to the cybersecurity, Telecom, IT and Privacy industries. Lauren is known for optimizing processes and for her impressive network of IT & InfoSec Leaders. Processes that she has overseen and optimized have realized all-time high performance, including work with CSS and BMW. Lauren holds a degree in Political Science from CUNY Hunter College and lives on Long Island.  She is passionate about Data Privacy and the Privacy vs National Security dynamic.

Marge Ginsburg has over 25 years of leadership in Information Technology.   She is a Senior Vice President at Spruce Technology, currently providing leadership for a major application transformation at a large New York City government agency.   She has an undergraduate BS in Computer Science from Northeastern University and an Executive MBA from New York University and she lives in New York City.

Patricia has over 20+ years of Information Technology Experience across industries including Education, Transportation and Logistics, Financial Services, and Non-Profit. She is currently a VP of Professional Services at Spruce Technology, where she is leading their Education Practice. Patricia has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from SUNY Oswego and a Masters in Organizational Change Management from The New School.

Sunil Notani is a Co-Founder of The Transformation Group. He is an accomplished business and technology executive with over 25 years of experience in Fortune Global 500 (Oracle, FedEx, Lufthansa) and high growth multinationals. He had leadership roles in these organizations and was responsible for driving their business transformation and leveraging technology to gain maximum benefit.
Sunil has extensive domain knowledge in CRM, ERP, HCM & BI along with hands-on experience transforming business organizations such as Sales, Marketing, Operations, HR and Finance. He is a technology influencer having served on advisory boards of several enterprise software companies to influence their product strategy and direction. He also serves on several boards focused on technology leadership to leverage his broad experience to drive innovation, transformation and foster networking. Sunil holds a Master’s in Technology from Columbia University. He also has an MBA in Marketing and a Bachelor’s in Management & Computer Systems.

Herb  Hofmann

Herb Hofmann is responsible for providing technology strategy, direction and solutions to meet the information and communication needs of Loews Corporation.  Loews Corporation is one of the largest diversified companies in the United States, with businesses in the insurance, energy, hospitality and packaging industries.

Herb joined Loews in 1988 as a programmer trainee. Over his three decades at Loews, he has held numerous positions including managing IT services for all business areas as well as leading applications teams, technical teams, data center operations and IT security. Herb is a graduate of the Pace University Lubin School of Business where he earned a B.B.A. in Management Information Systems.

Shar Rubio is a senior executive with 20+ years of experience in the financial services, pharmaceuticals and professional services businesses. She is currently an Executive Director at Rabobank, the premier corporate and institutional bank to the food, agribusiness, commodities and renewable energy industries. In her current role, Shar is focused on the governance and oversight of the North America projects portfolio on behalf of the C-suite and provides portfolio analytics, insights and recommendations to drive C-suite decisions and portfolio strategy alignments.

Prior to Rabobank, Shar held diverse technology, risk, compliance and business transformation project roles at global banks, pharma organizations and a management consulting startup and an entrepreneurial stint in accessories design.

Shar holds an MBA degree in Finance from Temple University and certifications in UX, six sigma and project management.  


Jeffrey Wu
Jeffrey A. Wu

CEO of Actionable Strategies

Jeffrey A. Wu is the CEO of Actionable Strategies, a global consulting firm in the areas of Strategy and
Organization, Business Excellence and Enabling Technologies. Mr. Wu has over 35 years of leadership
experience including worldwide technology and operational responsibilities at ADP and Thomson Financial.
His pioneering work has led to products in artificial intelligence, predictive analytics, Cloud computing,
information security and real-time data. As an active practitioner, he holds roles such as fractional or
interim CEO, CIO or CTO in software, real estate and energy companies in Western and emerging markets.
Mr. Wu graduated from the Wharton School of Finance with a double major in Finance and Management.
Speaking engagements include the Project Management Institute, New York University, Business Week,
Gartner Group and Information Week. He has served on the boards of companies in the software,
consulting and not-for-profit sectors.

Marcos Lindley has served clients such as IBM, AIG and KPMG, handled numerous projects and through his diligent delivery-focused work ethic saw them all to fruition.
