Roundtable Luncheon Program

An ROI Approach for New Technology Adoption

Technology advances have become a way of life, but is it being adopted by the staff who will need to use it? Quick adoption is required for an organization to obtain the productivity, ROI, and Value of the Investment. Often we find the adoption rate for new technology is poor due to a lack of investment in the required training and education. Other times, we do all that is necessary, but still find a slower than expected adoption rate.

Join us at our next Roundtable Lunch where Deborah Moses Elton, CEO of VerisVisalign, shares her insights on the topic.  There are several factors that influence adoption, including the culture of the organization, what has been done (or not done) in the past, what has been done proactively toward “buy-in,” how much new technology has been introduced in the recent past, etc. Working within the Microsoft suite of applications, we are finding that there is a predictable scale of adoption. This discussion is geared toward the factors that influence new service adoption and what can be done proactively toward ensuring a productive adoption rate.
