John Williams | SVP | Technology at TrueCar
John Williams is an influential thinker and speaker on cutting edge technology operations within modern companies. He is an expert on the intersection of technology, security, culture and organizational design. John has over 20 years of experience designing, building and operating large scale Internet infrastructure.
John is the SVP, Technology at TrueCar where he is responsible for the technology, security and operations strategy that enabled the company’s explosive growth and IPO, while still meeting strict requirements for performance, security and reliability. Before joining TrueCar, John was retained as a consultant by numerous world-class technology, financial services, entertainment, military and government organizations.
Previously, John was the CTO and co-founder of Preventsys (acquired by McAfee) where he created the world’s first automated security policy compliance system for large enterprise networks. Prior to that he founded and led the network penetration testing team for Internet security pioneer Trusted Information Systems. At the start of his career, John co-founded and built one of New York City’s first Internet Service Providers. John sits on the board of Energy Efficient Equity, a start-up building a software platform for green energy contractors.
In 2015 John was named Corporate CIO of the Year by the Los Angeles Business Journal. John lives in Santa Monica California with his wife and son.
Martin Mazor | Vice President and Chief Information Security Officer | Meggitt PLC
Martin Mazor is a global leader in information security with more than 20 years of experience leading and developing successful information security programs. He is currently the vice president and CISO for Meggitt. Previously he was the global CISO for Ingram Micro where he led all aspects of information security including security operations, application and SAP security programs, architecture, administration and IT Compliance. He also led IT disaster recovery for the organization. Prior to Ingram Micro, Mazor was the global head of information security for the Fluor Corporation. Prior to Fluor, Mazor led information security service implementations for managed security services including government and private sector implementations for security operations centers and technology deployments globally.
Mario Leone | Assistant Professor MBA Studies | Chapman University
Mario Leone is an emeritus Fortune 200 executive with more than three decades of senior-executive management roles in IT, manufacturing, business development, technology licensing, supply chain and M&A. He has managed international business transformation programs in multiple industries while living both in the US and abroad. Currently he is the Chief Operating Officer at a digital signage company, DocVerify; a Board Member of Transient Plasma Systems, a new technology firm that designs innovative industrial solutions for automotive systems, and a full time Assistant Professor of MBA studies at Chapman University. Mario earned his Bachelor’s degree in chemistry and biology from Boston University and later an MBA from Babson College in Massachusetts.
Corey White | VP of Professional Services
Corey White is the Vice President of Professional Services at Cylance, Inc. Prior to joining Cylance, Corey served as Director of Consulting for Foundstone and McAfee/Intel Professional Services where he was responsible for all aspects of the business for the Southwest Region.
Corey is a proven security industry veteran backed by more than seventeen years of success managing security practices, consulting teams, delivering on strategic projects as well as tactical assessments, penetration tests and incident response engagements. His work encompasses virtually every industry sector, including defense, technology, government, critical infrastructure, automotive, finance, healthcare and manufacturing. Corey has a deep technical background, which has allowed him to deliver and oversee technical assessments, incident response engagements, strategic planning and risk assessments.
Corey has a degree in Computer Information Systems from the University of Louisiana at Monroe, and is a Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP).

A veteran journalist and author, Steve has covered all aspects of information technology for over 20 years in print, radio, television and online. A resident tech expert for radio and television stations in Southern California, Steve is also a prolific writer whose body of work has been widely read by both IT professionals and consumers worldwide. He has held editorial management positions at InformationWeek and Dark Reading (UBM TechWeb), Computerworld and CIO Magazine (IDG Enterprise), CNET Networks/CBS Interactive, ZDNet/TechTV, and others. Steve also served as Principal Analyst and Research Leader for Consumer Electronics at Current Analysis. He currently works as Director of Digital Content at IT security startup CrowdStrike.
