Members In Transition

SIM Central Connecticut Members in Transition

The program is designed to support experienced technology leaders navigating career transition - while also welcoming employed members who want to stay current on today’s executive market, strengthen their networks and think proactively about what may come next.

We’ll combine structured sessions with peer discussion, networking and practical guidance across topics including career strategy, executive positioning, working with recruiters, relationship capital, interviewing, consulting/fractional opportunities and transition resilience.

One of the strengths of SIM is the experience and relationships within the community itself. The goal of MIT is to put more of that collective experience to work for members at every stage of their careers.

SIM National Members in Transition

The Members in Transition (MIT) program was developed to assist SIM members navigating a career transition by providing a trusted forum to share leads, opportunities, and advice. This program is open to all members for interactive collaboration — whether you are in transition yourself or looking to support others.
