In 2014, we founded SIM Women Colorado to fill a critical void in our ecosystem. We saw a need for a foundation where women in IT didn't just exist, but truly thrived. We built this organization on the belief that when we come together to communicate, collaborate on best practices, and invest in each other’s growth, we change the trajectory of our entire industry.

Our vision remains clear: to cultivate a community of passionate, driven, and determined women who are unapologetically committed to supporting each other’s pursuit of excellence.
