Bio

Rob Barocas is a Sr. Director with Johnson & Johnson and Finance Transformation Leader for their multi-year transformation which will re-shape the future of the finance function through redesign of end-to-end processes, optimization of target models and implementation of modern enterprise-wide technology platforms.

Prior, Rob was Sr. Director and Head of Finance Technology Cloud ERP Transformation with GE Corporate based in Norwalk CT.  Rob led the Digital Technology engineering and deployment team to help GE reach the pinnacle capability offered by a modern SaaS Cloud ERP and PaaS/IaaS product-based ecosystem.

Previously, Rob was VP Global Finance Transformation Manager at AXA XL Group in Stamford, CT. and prior, worked predominantly in Financial Services for 20 years with JP Morgan Chase in NYC as VP of IT.

Rob has a BS in Math and Computer Science from SUNY Binghamton and MBA in Finance and Banking from Fordham University Graduate School of Business. Rob serves on the board of directors for the Society of Information Management as VP of Arrangements for the Fairfield-Westchester Chapter, is an Adjunct Professor and MBA student mentor at Fordham Graduate School of Business and runs the Finance committee as Board director for the Water Pollution Control Authority serving the City of Stamford CT where he resides.
