SIM SC Women invites you to a dynamic Lunch and Learn featuring Jamie Dement, Director of SC Tech at SC Competes, a statewide initiative focused on strengthening South Carolina’s technology and cybersecurity ecosystem. Drawing on her experience building networks and competitiveness strategies across the state’s tech sector, Jamie will lead an honest conversation about the external demands of a rapidly evolving technology landscape and the internal pressures women often juggle as leaders, technologists, caregivers, and change agents. Through storytelling and practical insight, this session will explore how we navigate expectations, set boundaries, and sustain our influence in rooms where innovation, performance, and representation all collide.
