Michael Sperling, President Emeritus
Michael’s experience in the IT industry spans over 50 years having held several management positions with companies such as AT&T, First Interstate Bank and the City of Phoenix.
He led the development of Tax and License system, the Economic Development Information systems among several other important initiatives for the city of Phoenix. He was the founder and chairman of the Arizona Millennium Group which was the first networking group worldwide for Y2K project managers.
Michael has been a member of SIM since 1984 and a former President and Treasurer of the Arizona chapter. He has also served as Director of STEM Outreach and on other committees.
