SIM-FITP MENTORSHIP SPRING 2024
As a SIM member, you have a unique opportunity to work one-on-one with one or more students as a mentor for the spring semester.
The mentoring program format starts with introductions and virtual training, moves through various exercises over a three-month period, and ends with a face-to-face social later this semester.
The commitment is meeting with your mentee at least twice per month, either in person, face to face, or a hybrid of that - a low time commitment for a big payoff as you help a student prepare to enter the workforce successfully!
