Lilian Seidaros

is a dynamic leader serving as the CISO and VP of IT Infrastructure at 360insights. She excels in providing strategic direction to deliver innovative and secure technology solutions. One of her notable achievements is the successful implementation of a zero-trust network, ensuring robust security for her rapidly expanding company while managing an extensive cloud infrastructure.

Lilian has also led her team to achieve SOC 2 compliance for eight different platforms, demonstrating her commitment to maintaining high standards of security and data protection.

Before joining 360insights, Lilian made significant contributions to the electronic medical records industry, helping companies scale to meet the increasing demand for technology and security in healthcare. Beyond her professional accomplishments, Lilian is passionate about empowering women in STEM programs. She plays a pivotal role in the women360 community at 360insights, where she mentors and supports the growth of women within the company. As an active Security Leader, Lilian holds CISM Certification and is well versed in many frameworks such as ISO 27001 and NIST.

Outside of work, Lilian enjoys spending time with her family in Durham Region. She enjoys jig saw puzzles, playing basketball with her son, dancing with her daughter and listening to music with a good beat.

 

 

Fernando Spencer

Fernando Spencer Carreira heads up Cyber Security for Votorantim Cimentos North America (VCNA) is a leading provider of cement, concrete and aggregates to construction customers in the Great Lakes region of the United States and Canada, and in the Northeast U.S. and Eastern Canada. He has with experience in GRC, internal controls, information technology, security operations center, vulnerability management, critical infrastructure, incident response, NIST/ISO/CIS Controls frameworks and SOx. 

He helps organizations stay protected through process improvements and risk reduction. Before moving to Canada, Fernando was the Information Security Manager at Eletrobras, the largest energy company in South America, leading security governance, risks and compliance, as well ESG security matters and data privacy. Now he is the Cybersecurity Architect of Votorantim Cimentos operations in North America, one of the largest cement producers in the world, and has been working with security operations, awareness, ZTNA, DLP, frameworks and collaborating with business teams, vendors, as well as local and global IT teams.

Deepti Dhyani's

Deepti Dhyani's career highlights her extensive experience in Information Security Risk and Compliance, spanning over 15 years. She has developed expertise in multiple security risk domains, including Cybersecurity Risk Advisory, IT/IS Audits, Data Security and Privacy, and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC). Deepti currently serves as a Senior professional at TD Securities, bringing her background from notable firms in the consulting and financial industries, such as Finastra, Intact (formerly RSA), Equifax, IBM, and KPMG.

Her roles have spanned all lines of defense, including first, second, and third lines of defense, where she has contributed to initiatives like security audits, ISMS framework development, and risk assessments. Deepti has led several engagements to ensure industry certifications like ISO27001, SOC2, and PCI, demonstrating her hands-on expertise in security controls, policies, and vendor security reviews.
 Deepti holds recognized certifications such as CISSP, CISA, and ISO27001 Lead Auditor, showcasing her technical and managerial capabilities. She is committed to continuous professional growth, holding vendor-specific certifications in cloud platforms like Azure (AZ900) and AWS (AWS CCP). Deepti is also passionate about giving back to the cybersecurity community by mentoring emerging professionals and serving as a teaching assistant at Brainstation in 2024. Her career embodies a balance of technical proficiency and strategic leadership in the field of cybersecurity risk and compliance.
