TJ is a Organizational Change, Project, and Operations Manager providing zir services through Right Wey Consulting. Growing up in the Silicon Valley raised by immigrant parents, zhi spent zir childhood translating not only English and Mandarin, but also technology and culture. As an IT project manager, zhi continues to do so by translating business process problems into technology solutions. Zir passion lies in identifying pain points in people’s day-to-day lives and helping them improve their processes and skill sets to make their lives better.
Certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and Prosci Organizational Change Leader, TJ’s industry experience includes global logistics, banking, property management, public accounting, education, and healthcare. Zhi is also a real estate investor, stock trader, and voice actress.
