SIMCAC comprises CIOs/CTOs/CDOs, their direct reports, prominent academicians, and other IT thought leaders (mostly past technology executives, now consultants). As such, it represents a concentrated audience of executives deeply involved in the products and services procurement process.

Sponsors are an essential part of our community: providing thought leadership in key areas, helping to arrange and fund great programs, and supporting our charitable foundation activities. As such, we welcome opportunities to work with current and prospective sponsors to maximize the value of sponsorship.  We invite you to review our current offerings and to contact us to discuss.

SIMCAC is an all volunteer organization.

All money raised above our costs is donated to charities in the region.

That is usually around $50K per year, but how much is available depends on sponsorship.

Current SIMCAC membership is 130+ IT Executives, which is a lot of buying power.

Sponsorship is primarily based around the flagship Charity Golf event.

With most golf sponsorship packages, you get included access to attend one of the monthly in-person or virtual events at no extra cost. Attendance at an event is limited to 3 vendors per event.

Note: you do not have to be good at golf (many of us are not). It is a fun, relaxed event where teams play the best ball.

CHAMPION TITLE SPONSOR FOR $17,500 (1 AVAILABLE)

Ace sponsor benefits plus:

• An additional two (2) golfers (four (4) total golfers - two (2) golfers on two (2) teams).
• Recognition at the reception as the Champion Title Sponsor.
• MC for post-event reception and raffle.
• Advertisement at the golf course recognizing you as the Champion Title Sponsor. Signage on every golf cart as the Champion Title Sponsor.

ACE SPONSOR FOR $8,000 (10 AVAILABLE)

• Two (2) golfers.
• Two (2) representatives (non-golfers).
• Dedicated Golf Hole with your signage (Premium selection to early birds).
• Your representatives will have the opportunity to meet and greet each golfer as they play on your assigned hole.
• All representatives are welcome to attend event meals and the reception.
• Ability to run a contest at hole.
• In addition, the following contests are available to sponsor at a first come, first service basis
  • Closest to the Pin Sponsor Hole (prize to be awarded commitment).
  • Longest Drive Sponsor Hole (prize to be awarded commitment).
  • $10,000 Hole-ln-One Sponsor ($500 additional commitment).
• Ability to provide premium raffle item for the post event raffle.
• Personalized company logo merchandise of your choosing such as golf balls, hats, shirts, towels, tees, etc will be placed in practitioner gift bags.
• Invite two (2) Practitioner golf guests at no additional cost.
  • Each guest will be required to be registered by the Sponsor and will play with the Sponsor.
  • The invitations are for Practitioner guests only.
  • Practitioner - Individuals who are Corporate/Division heads of an I.S. organization responsible for information systems and technology. This group also includes Academics who are full-time university or college faculty members making a significant contribution to the field.
• SIMCAC Charity Golf Sponsor recognition will be sent to all SIMCAC Members as well as through the SIMCAC website, social media and newsletters.
• Commitment to sponsorship includes attendance for two (2) representatives to join one (1) additional SIMCAC social event in the 2024 calendar year.
• Events are reserved by sponsors on a first-come, first-serve basis. 20% discount on additional SIMCAC Chapter Event Sponsorships.

EAGLE SPONSOR FOR $4,000 (BASED ON AVAILABILITY)

All Eagle Sponsorships include:

• Includes two (2) golfers.
• SIMCAC Charity Golf Sponsor recognition will be sent to all SIMCAC Members.
• Recognition through the SIMCAC website, social media and monthly newsletters.
• 10% discount on additional SIMCAC Chapter Events Sponsorships.

Option 1: Breakfast

• Recognition as the Breakfast sponsor with signage.
• Meet and greet each player as they enter the breakfast buffet line. o Company logo and recognition and gratitude on our event website.

Option 2: Breakfast Mimosa/Bloody Mary Bar

• Recognition as the Mimosa/Bloody Mary Bar sponsor with signage.
• Meet and greet each player as they enter the breakfast buffet line.

Option 3: Lunch

• Recognition as the Lunch sponsor with signage.
• Meet and greet each player as they enter the lunch buffet line.

Option 4: Cocktail Reception Sponsor

• Recognition as the Cocktail sponsor with signage.
• Meet and greet throughout the reception.

Option 5: Putting Contest

• Putting contest includes one (1) additional Putting Green representative.
• Your representative will have the opportunity to meet and greet each golfer.
• Provides one (1) prize for the winner of each category (men/women) for the putting contest.
• Company logo and recognition and gratitude on our event website.

PAR SPONSOR (10 AVAILABLE)

All Par Sponsorships include:

• Notification of your sponsorship commitment will also be sent to all participating SIMCAC members.
• Recognition through the SIMCAC website, social media, and monthly newsletters.
  

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

For all sponsorship levels, if a sponsor would like to add additional practitioners as a guest, it will be $150 per golfer.
