Letter from the President:

Fellow SIM members,

I am very excited about the Colorado IT Symposium on May 6th, 2020 at the Westin Wesminster!  EFM hosts Symposiums in cities across the country and SIM Colorado partners with EFM on this event.

We are excited to have Ed McCaffrey, former Bronco and newly appointed coach of the University of Northern Colorado football team, as one of our keynote speakers!  In addition, we will have Harry Campbell speaking on Get-Real Culture, and Aaron Thomas speaking on overcoming adversity.  Check out the full agenda here: https://www.coloradoitsymposium.com/home

The theme this year is all about YOU - your leadership and growth and development. We will have coaches available at no cost to you - sign up for a 20 minute session to discuss an idea or issue, or explore if coaching is something that you want to bring into your career toolkit.

As a valued SIM member, you can attend the Colorado IT Symposium for the discounted rate of $50 (normally, $300 to attend).  Please heck your email for your link to this offer. This link is not shareable outside of current SIM members.

Do you have a valued partner that wants to get engaged in this great event - the opportunity to get in front of a couple hundred IT leaders!  Please connect your contact with John Seville at SIM (jseville@ctcigroup.com) or Jeff Hinds at EFM (Jeff@efminc.com).

I look forward to seeing you at the Symposium!

Stacie Moncrief

President, SIM Colorado

Work for the Future
  • What’s next in information technology?
  • Monthly Meetup and Presentation – topics focus specifically on technical and IT management issues. You get the chance to discuss ideas with IT leaders from other organizations.

  • IT Community – as an IT leader, it pays to be active in your community. Networking gives you the relationships you need to benefit from the experience of your colleagues in other industries.

  • At the Original Brooklyn’s at Mile High, 2644 W Colfax Ave., on the second Tuesday of the month, 3pm – 5pm.

If you want to drive change in your organization, motivate people, and get projects done, SIM-Next is a great resource for you.
