Member Spotlight

Mike Huthwaite was featured in a recent Information Management article "Firms wrestle with IT leadership gaps, 'mercenary' job seekers." Information Management recently asked Mike and other SIM members how limited IT budgets impact the challenge of finding skilled workers. Respondents shared recruiting experiences and revealed which technology-related job roles are the hardest to fill, and what the impact is on their recruiting, compensation and benefit strategies.

Besides being the Chairman of SIMCAC, Mike is also the CIO of Red Coats Inc, a Bethesda, based, Green Seal GS-42 certified, janitorial contractor servicing the Mid-Atlantic Region and the State of Florida.
