Annual Charity Golf Outing

Join us for a fun day of golfing
and making an impact in our local community!

  

  • Enjoy a day on an amazing course - all skill levels welcome (including beginners)

  • Connect with other senior technology leaders in our region

  • Enjoy fun games (crazy putting and drive contests), drinks, food, and great company

  • Help us raise money for amazing local charities

  • SIMCAC welcomes charitable donations to our STEM-focused DC-area charities (click here to donate), whether you can join us for the golf outing or not.  We'll select three raffle winners, on the day after the golf outing, to win two-some at Westfields Golf Club in Clifton, VA, including cart and greens fees.  For every $10 someone donates to SIMCAC's partner charities, they will receive one raffle ticket, with an extra raffle ticket for every $50 donated.  The total number of entries will be determined at the end of the day on the day of this year's golf outing.

Details:

We are excited to host our fifth annual Charity Golf Outing.  The outing has been designed to be fun for golfers of all skill levels (scramble format), and net proceeds from the outing will support local STEM partners that are making a huge impact in our communities.  Previous proceeds have supported Autism Speaks, Melwood, YearUp, NPower, STEM for Her, and the Arlington Food Assistance Center (AFAC).  Come help SIM Capital Area make an impact!

The outing is open to all senior IT decision-makers (at a Director level or higher).

The event includes breakfast, skill and fun contests, and a lunch and awards ceremony at the conclusion, which will include prizes, giveaways, and the opportunity to network with other senior IT leaders from around the DMV.
