Fiona Conliffe - Enterprise Architect

Fiona Conliffe is an Enterprise Architect for Eversource Energy Co. She oversees Application Portfolio Management across all areas of Information Technology (IT) which includes application rationalization, application technical fitness, application business fitness and strategic roadmap planning.
Before becoming an Enterprise Architect Fiona served as a Senior Domain Architect at Eversource. In this role she designed, developed code, build databases, and execute test cases on all aspects of business applications in Work Management, Regulated Business Group and Customer Group.

While in the Work Management group she designed built and implemented a web application for CL&P, WMECO and PSNH Company’s internal Work Management Systems. This application delivered solutions that guaranteed recovery performance and high availability for the Customer Clearing Desk.
She also served as a Project Manager in the Customer Group where she managed the delivery of the first Property Management Gateway (Landlord Portal) for Eversource. The Landlord Portal provides Eversource customers with a single billing view of all their properties across the Eversource territory.
Fiona proudly serves as a committee member for Million Women Mentor CT Chapter and a USA Swimming Official for over a decade. A Black Belt in Kempo Karate.
She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science at Central Connecticut State University. Her resume also includes certifications in Safe Agile and Microsoft Azure Fundamentals.
During family vacations with her husband and three kids Fiona enjoys snorkeling and relaxing at the beach.
What is interesting about Fiona is that she is learning to swim.
