About Legend Oaks Golf Club
Legend Oaks Golf Club offers a premier Lowcountry golf experience set on a historic former rice plantation. Surrounded by live oaks and coastal wetlands, the course delivers a scenic yet challenging layout, complemented by a full-service clubhouse and expansive indoor/outdoor event space—ideal for our post-golf STEM Celebration.

Sponsor Registration & Check-In
Pre-registration is required and coordinated via email. Tournament operations are managed by Magnolia Golf Group, which will communicate directly with all sponsors.
Event Day Schedule
- 9:00 AM — Sponsor check-in, cart assignments, shuttle to sponsored holes
- 10:45 AM — Call to carts
- 11:00 AM — Shotgun start (Captain’s Choice | pick up at bogey)
- 4:00 PM — STEM Celebration Dinner & Awards
Executive Pairings (Signature Differentiator)
Each sponsor team may receive one to two senior IT executives from the SIM SC provided curated executive list.
- Pairings are prioritized based on sponsorship level and commitment date.
- Sponsors select from a curated list of CIOs and senior technology leaders.
- Final pairings confirmed five (5) days prior to the event.
- Hosted executives must complete registration 10 days in advance.
