Sponsor Registration & Check-In
All golfers and sponsor representatives must be pre-registered prior to the event. Magnolia Golf Group, the tournament management company, will coordinate registration, logistics, and sponsor communications. They will also facilitate the selection and assignment of IT executives to sponsor teams, as needed.
Event Day Schedule
- 8:30 AM — Sponsor check-in, cart assignments, shuttle to sponsored holes
- 10:45 AM — Keynote Sponsor Remarks & Box Lunch
- 11:00 AM — Shotgun start (Captain’s Choice | pick up at bogey)
- 4:00 - 6:00 PM — STEM Celebration & Awards Reception
Executive Pairings (Signature Differentiator)
Sponsored 4somes receive up to 2 IT executives from the SIM SC provided curated executive list.
- Pairings are prioritized based on sponsorship level and commitment date.
- Sponsors select from a curated list of CIOs and senior technology leaders.
- Final pairings confirmed five (5) days prior to the event.
- Hosted executives must complete registration 10 days in advance.
