The program connects executives and senior leaders for practical, confidential, no-cost conversations. It turns experience into applied guidance, so members can make better decisions faster, expand their perspective, strengthen their leadership trajectory, and deepen their engagement in the chapter.

We provide a lightweight, high-value way for SIM Toronto members to learn from each other. Members are paired across levels and strengths to produce context-rich, real conversations that cannot be replicated through independent learning alone.

AI, books, podcasts, and courses can transfer information. Peer learning transfers judgment. A peer can interpret your situation, challenge your assumptions, and help you apply lessons to the specific constraints you face. That context compresses learning cycles and reduces avoidable mistakes.

The program is designed to:

• Reach out directly using the contact method listed in their profile.
• Start with an informal conversation on a topic of shared interest.
• Share feedback with the committee any time about the program itself (not individuals or specific conversations).
