In this session, we will continue our theme of employee engagement, organizational alignment, and workflow optimization. We’ll be joined by Al Amador and Michael Sullivan from Table Group, a Pat Lencioni company, that will be speaking about Organizational Health, the importance of managing both the Smart and the Healthy aspects of our organizations, along with a deep dive into the Working Genius model for helping optimize our teams and workflow through this Journey.
