Event Details

  • Event opens at 6:00a
  • Practice Range 7:00am - 8:00am
  • Breakfast served 7:00am - 8:00am
  • Shotgun start at 8:30am

    What's on the Menu!


    • Grab & Go Breakfast: breakfast wrap (scrambled eggs, Applewood smoked bacon or breakfast sausage, shredded cheese, hash browns), orange, banana or apple, orange juice, cranberry juice, freshly brewed coffee station

    • Backyard BBQ: grand salad bar, potato salad, coleslaw, Texas smoked sausage, BBQ chicken, slow smoked pulled pork, macaroni & cheese, smokehouse beans, cookies & brownies display, iced tea, lemonade, Arnold Palmer, water
    Tournament Rules
    • Each player will hit a tee shot, select the best tee shot, gather all other balls, then each player will hit the next shot from that spot, repeat this process until the ball is holed.
    • All lies may be improved within one club length of the ball selected for play, no closer to the hole, under the same conditions i.e. rough or bunker.
    • Please place your team score in the space provided on your scorecard. In case of a tie, all ties will be broken using the scorecard playoff beginning from the hardest handicap golf hole progressing forward until a winner is determined

        SPONSORSHIP APPLICATION TERMS:

        **ALL SALES ARE FINAL & Deposits are NOT Refundable**
        ** 50% Deposit is due to SIM Tampa Bay within 30 days of Sponsorship Selection, OR immediately if Sponsorship Selected less than 60 days out from Golf Tournament. Failure to submit a deposit will result in forfeiture of Sponsorship. Final payment due no later than 90 days after receipt of Deposit OR by September 1st, 2021, whichever date comes first. Failure to make final payment on time will result in forfeiture of Sponsorship**

        ** In the event of inclement weather, West Chase Golf Club & SIM Tampa Bay will consider it a complete event when one group completes nine holes of play. In some cases, inclement weather such as frost, lightning, heavy rain, etc. may indirectly affect the start time of the event.

        Note: Sponsorship entitles you to 2 tickets to attend the Lunch & Awards Ceremony. You must provide the names of the person(s) that will be attending to Andrew McIntyre no later than September 15, 2021.
