Monthly Meeting / Event Sponsorship includes your company logo as a part of our invitation and all correspondence for that meeting. The invitation is emailed multiple times (weekly 4-5 times) to over 500 contacts, many of whom are at the level of CIO, Director or VP of IT. In addition, you may have up to 3 of your company representatives attend the meeting to greet and network with our members and visitors. Sponsors are given 5 minutes during the meeting to introduce your company to the group and if you have an item to give away, you may collect business cards in order to draw the winner. Our breakfast meetings are usually attended by 40-50 people; the evening cocktail party is attended by 50-60 people.
