Kelly Burchell

Kelly holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration from the University of Central Florida and an MBA from the John H. Sykes College of Business at the University of Tampa.

Kelly took a different path to a career in IT - spending most of her career as an HR professional, focusing on employee performance, development, and coaching. She’s worked in a variety of industries including hospitality, manufacturing, technology, and professional services; each opportunity serving as HR leader and influencer in their respective technology departments. Her strengths in building relationships, navigating complex environments, being a trusted advisor, and applying creative problem solving helped make an easy transition to the US Technology leadership team at PwC.

Kelly is a mother of 10-year-old twins and co-leads a Girl Scouts Troop in her area. Overall, Kelly considers herself a “connector” – bridging concepts and people together and strives to be an advocate for all by showing up in the big and small moments to lift others up. She looks forward to connecting women in the Tampa Bay area through this channel, as well as influence male allies in the industry to take action for gender equality. [LinkedIn Profile]
