Rick is a recognized technology leader with over 25 years’ experience both leading large, complex global organizations in multiple industries as well as successful startups. Rick is Co-CEO of Hart, a Healthcare IT company focused on building the foundation for the future of healthcare. He is the recipient of numerous awards including 2014 CIO of the Year, in 2017 was inducted into the CIO Hall of Fame and in 2018 was recognized as an Evanta Gartner Group Breakaway CIO Leader.
He has been a successful CIO, CTO and Technology Executive in major corporations such as Molina Healthcare, Sony Pictures Entertainment, Simon and Schuster, Aetna, Lehman Brothers and Bankers Trust. He holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems from Arizona State University and attended executive leadership programs at the New School in NYC, Stanford and Harvard Business school. He serves on the board of multiple non-profit organizations and associations.
