Firesides™

Enclaves®

Firesides are designed to engage our rising SIM IT leaders. Similar to SCSIM’s successful Enclave program for CIO’s, each Fireside represents an opportunity for SCSIM members to socialize with colleagues from diverse industries and corporate cultures, to share professional learnings and to foster friendships beyond the walls of their own employers.  The Firesides are geographically focused and provide an intimate dinner setting where 12 to 18 peers can engage in open dialogue.  Firesides meet in LA and Orange County (with locations expanding to meet our member's needs).  Qualifying non-SIM members wishing to try out a Fireside are welcome to attend as space permits.

Enclaves

Firesides are designed to engage rising IT leaders, those reporting directly to the CIO or CXO and take many forms: town hall discussions, keynote presentations, panel discussions, and interviews with guest CXO’s, innovators and industry leaders.

Firesides typically have a larger audience, upwards of 40 participants and are hosted in Los Angeles and Orange County..

Forums

SCSIM Forums are designed to provide a larger audience a conference style environment for learning and engaging with peers across industries and disciplines.  Forums include keynote speakers, panelists and interactive sessions to learn and grow as business leaders and technologists.
