What is SCSIM
Southern California SIM (SCSIM) is the largest IT leadership association in California. We offer a collaborative environment where members can build trusted relationships and learn from colleagues, esteemed guest speakers and respected thought leaders. We are a dynamic community of senior IT leaders and practitioners and represent a diverse cross section of corporate cultures and missions.
We recognize the complexity of the office of the CIO and the unique needs of our community. Our members meet regularly throughout the year to share their experiences with the latest topics and trends impacting their organizations . Our networking events foster face to face meetings in the form of focused dinners, full day forums and an annual holiday party.
Enclaves
SCSIM Enclaves provide Executive leaders a community for learning and sharing our experiences and challenges. Enclaves are geographically focused and provide an intimate dinner setting where 10 to 18 peers can engage in open dialogue. Enclaves meet in Santa Monica, the Conejo and San Fernando valleys, Orange County, downtown LA, Long Beach, South Bay and Pasadena.

Firesides
SCSIM Firesides have a larger audience of upwards of 40 participants and are hosted in person throughout LA and Orange County. They are designed to engage rising IT leaders, those reporting directly to the CIO or CXO and take many forms: town hall discussions, keynote presentations, and panel discussions that include interviews with guest CXO’s, innovators and industry leaders.
