Korn FerryBrandon Johnson is Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Korn Ferry, the preeminent global organizational consultancy. He is responsible for global information technology strategy and execution and is focused on creating scalable digital capabilities that support and enable the growth of all dimensions of Korn Ferry’s business and provide the foundation for expanding the business in new adjacencies.
Brandon brings 25+ years of experience and technology leadership to Korn Ferry, encompassing a diverse operational background in both the public and private sectors. His expertise spans digital transformation, application development, cybersecurity, infrastructure management and compliance.
Prior to Korn Ferry, Brandon served as Chief Information Officer and Executive Vice President of Corporate Operations at Resources Global Professionals (RGP), a global professional services firm. During his time at RGP, he led global technology efforts as well as leading the human resources, real estate and business operations functions. Before moving to the private sector, Brandon served as an officer in the United States Marine Corps. Over his 20-year military career he held various roles in tactical aviation, military intelligence, and technology. He transitioned from the Marine Corps as a Lieutenant Colonel, last serving as Director of Operating Forces Support for the Marine Corps Tactical Systems Support Activity, providing technical support to deployed systems worldwide.
Brandon holds master’s degrees in information technology management from the Naval Postgraduate School and in information resource management from the University of Maryland Global Campus. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in computer information systems from the University of Texas at El Paso. Brandon is past president of Southern California Society of Information Management, and is currently serving as chairman of the SCSIM Board of Advisors.
