Ed Trainor
Ed Trainor served as a CIO for over 25 years with Flying Tigers Airline, Southern California Gas Co., Paramount Pictures, and Amtrak. Ed is also a past national President of the Society for Information Management (SIM). He currently co-facilitates SIM's Pacific Southwest Regional Leadership Forum (RLF); additionally, he is the co-author of two textbooks on information strategy and is an adjunct faculty member at UC Irvine's Paul Merage School of Business, where he also serves as the Executive Director of UCI's Center for Digital Transformation.

Dr. Michael Brainard
Dr. Michael Brainard brings over 15 years of experience as a management consultant, senior executive, executive coach, manager, entrepreneur, and researcher. Michael has worked with many executives and organizations across industries blending a strategic, behavioral, and experiential learning approach. As a speaker, Michael has delivered keynote talks to such groups as the Association for Corporate Growth, PIHRA, SHRM, PCMA, OCEMA, and a variety of corporations. Michael was a Division I collegiate wrestler while an undergraduate student the University of Delaware and professional boxer for 3 years prior to the start of his business career.

Dr. Cristina M. Giannantonio
Dr. Cristina M. Giannantonio is an Associate Professor at The George L. Argyros School of Business and Economics within Chapman University in Orange, California. Professor Giannantonio earned her doctorate in Human Resources Management from the University of Maryland. Her principal areas of research include mentoring, job search, entrepreneurship and leadership in extreme conditions.

Event attendees will receive a copy of Dr. Giannantonio recent book, Extreme Leadership: Leaders, Teams and Situations Outside the Norm.
