The annual Spring Forum on the "The Digitally Agile Organization" showcased a great evening of digital thought leadership, exceptional networking and
well-deserved awards. The afternoon event was held at the Long Beach Marriott on May 31, 2018.The program started with Larry Godec, CIO at First American Financial Corporation, receiving the Regional Leadership Forum (RLF) Champion Award. RLF is a national program designed to develop the next generation of IT leaders.Ashish Vimal, Executive Managing Director and Practice Leader at Accenture, kicked off the late afternoon program with an insightful presentation on how "Artificial Intelligence Drives Digital Transformation." Vimal talked about the various aspects of AI behind the digital revolution, how AI is becoming a key driver of economic value in the enterprise, and some of the challenges organizations face in the adoption of AI.Steve Griffin and Erin Griffin (no relation), Senior Executive Partners at Gartner, spoke on "Four Ways CIOs can Cultivate Digital Dexterity". They shared technical and human requisites of the digital organization, the digital dexterity CIOs must cultivate in order to lead their organizations on a successful digital journey, and what organizations must do to make the transition to a digital culture.After a short networking break, three innovative leaders shared digital transformation stories from their respective organizations:
